IN TIE MATTER OF AGREEMENT FOR
WRORABU BtiR,F°ACE ROCK AND _ CDWERS:
At this time the Court heard the request of Keith Magee., 16311 N.E.Koyt
Portland, that he be released from an agreement with the County for the purchase mf
cinders and surface rock, dated 4-1842 and 8•-21-63. Release was granted.
The Court then heard the request of Kerbert J. Gescon 3125 B.E. 23rd,
Portland, for are agreement to purchase surface rock and, cinders under an agreement
released by Keith Mageoe
IN TKE MATTE& OF DISMANTLING
WBEOMM CARS:
Tie Court gave Bernard Maliszewski permission to dismantle two wrecked cars
that have beers-pushed into the to refume pit.
IN TEE MATTER OF REQUEST
FGR. COUWTT. RIGKT-OF-WAY:
Four residents requested that the dirt read leading off of Jones Read to
the left, between property owned by John Karpole and Clifford Rase, be declared a
County right-of-way and maintained so such.

Upon petition of Lumbermens Insurance Agency and upon recommendation of
the Deschutes County R.oadmaster that performance of read requirements for Rancy+-Way
Acrea has been completed satisfactorily, the Court ordered the County Treasurer to
refund the sum of $1500.00 received as cash performance Bend.
IN THE MATTER OF PERMIT
VE, CI1PF.P:
At this time the Court granted Leonard Moe of Bend, permission to remove

1600 cubic yards of cinders from the D. S. Forest Service pit at Norse Butte.
The Court also granted L. E. Crawford permission, subject to approval by
-tine Fort Eyck Ranger, to remove 100 cubic yards of cinders from the Norse Ridge Forest
Service pit between Sept. 25th and Sept. 30, 2963, at 100 per cubic yard.

TLJMALO TftiMSTIC .WATER DISMCT:
The Curt ordered that a special election be held within the proposed
Tumalo Domestic Water District for submission to the qualified electors within said
District the question of forming the District as required by law. The Court ordered
time election to be held on the 21st day of October, 1963, at the office of the
Tamaalo Irrigation District and the County Clerk was ordered to publish notice of said
election.
There being no further business, Court adjourned.
