IN THE MATTER OF APPROPRIATION FOR
CONSTRUCTION OR MAINTENANC19 OF CITY STREETS:
At this time the Court resolved to budget $10,000,00 yearly for the cities.
of Bend, Redmond and Sisters in Deschutes County from the Road Department Fund, to
be used by them in construction or maintenance of city streets.
The basis of division of monies to the cities shall be upon the precedibg
year's state gas tax monies received by the three incorporated cities in Deschutes
County. This resolution to take effect for the 1963-64 budget year.
This resolution shall be subject to c e by action of the County Court
at any time.

IN THE MATTER OF SALE
OF CINDER MOCK AND BUILDING ROCK:
The Court agreed to sell Herbert Gascon, 3125 N.E. 23rd Ave., Portland,
Oregon, cinder rock from the County°s cinder pit in Hillman Township at the rate
of 10 cents per yard. Payments to be made quarterly in advance beginning October 1,
1963.
Tore Court also agreed to sell Herbert Gascon building rock from the
NE-41 of the NE4 of Section 7, Township 14 S., Range 12 E.W.M. at the rate of 10 cents
per yard. Payments to be made quarterly beginning Oct. 1, 1963 with the County to
be furnished duplicate sales slips.
IN THE MATTER OF EXCHANGE OF
COUNTY PRpPER= WITH KEITH CYRUS:
It appearing to the Court that it is necessary to maintain a gravel pit
in the Cloverdale-Sisters area and it further appearing that the existing pit owned
by the County has been depleted,
It is therefore, resolved that it is the intention of the County Court to
exchange 3 acres in the N~ of Section 14, Tap. 15 S., Range 10 E.W.M. for a 3 acre
tract of land owned by Keith Cyrus in the S~NW4 of Section 13, Township 15 S., Range
10 E.W.M.
The Clerk was ordered to give notice of a hearing to be held at 2:00 P.M.
on November 15, 1963, for hearing objections,if any, why said parcels should not be
exchanged.
IN THE MATTER OF EXTENSION
TO DORRAN04 MEADOWS ROAD:
The Court declared its intention to establish a County road in Deschutes
County, Oregon, by resolution, described along the center line thereof as.follows:
a 60 ft. wide road being 30 feet on each side of a center line
beginning at the corner of Sections 4, 5, 8, 9 of Township 22 S.,
Range 10 E.W.M. and rmudng: thence S 00 334 38" E - 17 .1.5 feet:
thence on a 100 curve to the right the delta of which is 400-003 for
400.0 feet; thence S 390 26' 2211 W - 1331.20 feet; thence on a 100
curve to the delta of which is 40 201 4511 for 403.45 feet; thence
S 00 541 23" E - 650.25 feet to a point 5,890 30' 1211 E - 203.5 feet
from the southwest corner mf NE4SE4 of Section 8, Township 22 S.,
Range 10 E.W.M., which is the end of the road.
The Court set Nov. 19th, 1963 as the time for hearing any objections to said resolution,
and ordered the Roadmaster to post notice of said Resolution in three public places.
There being no further business, Court adjourned.
