RESOLUTION.
County Properties with Keith Cyrus
This matter coming before the Court upon the Court's own petition,
Bend, Deschutes County, Oregon, and it appearing that it is necessary to
maintain a gravel pit in the Cloverdale Sisters area.
It appearing also that the existing pit, County a med, has been de—
pleted, and,
It appearing that Keith Cyrus has proper6y in this area and vicin—
ity that he is willing to trade to Deschutes County.
IT IS THEREFORE HEREBY RESOLVED that it is the intention of the
County Court to exchange properties with Keith Cyrus pursuant to ORS 275.100.
The proposed exchange is described as follows:
Description: Deschutes County to Keith Cyrus:
A tract of land located in Deschutes County, Oregon, in the
NEw of Section 14, Township 15 S., Range 10 E.W.M., and de—
scribed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north right—of—way line of
the Old Sist4rs Wagon Road (Jordan County Road) which point
is located 1406 feet south and 314.76 feet west of the NE
corner of said Section 14, and running thence N 270 E —
693.7 feet; thence S 10 111 E — 760.3 feet; thence N 660 45'
W — 360 ft to the point of beginning and containing 3 acres
more or less.
Description: Keith Cyrus to Deschutes County:
A tract of land located. in Deschutes County, Oregon in the
SW,INW4 of Section 13, Township 15 S., Range 10 E.W.M. and
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Section line between Sect—
ions 13 and 14 — S 00 381 54" E — 1581.85 feet from the NW
cor of Section 13, Township 15 S., Range 10 E.W.M. and
1 -running thence S 00 381 54" E — 361.5 feet; thence S 670
48t 5410 E — 361.5 feet; thence N Oo 38' 54" W — 361.5 feet;
to the south side of the Jordan Road; thence N 670 481 54" W
361.5 feet along the south side of the Jordan Road to the
point of beginning and containing 3 acres more or less.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the County Clerk give notice of a
hearing to be held in the Deschutes County Courtroom, at 2:00 P. M. on the
15th day of November, 1963, at Bend, Oregon, be and the same is hereby
fixed as the time and place for the hearing of objections, if there be any,
why said parcels, of equal value, should not be exchanged.
