IN THE MATTER OF PERMIT TO MOVE BUILDING: The Court granted Carl Spencer permission to move a building on a County Road between new Dalles-Calif. Hwy and old Dalles-Calif, Hwy. IN THE MATTER OF PERMIT TO INSTALL PIPELINE : The Court granted Keith Ramsay permission to install a pipeline along Bear Creek Road and across the Ferguson Road.
