8-578-Order Recorded 10/16/1963VGi IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES In the Matter of Permit ) to Bury Cable Along ) O R D E R A Public Road Right-of--way This matter coming before the Court upon the petition of G. P. Sherrett, representing the Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company,, asking permission to install telephone cable along a public road right.-of- way, the Court having made investigation and being advised finds as follows: That it is necessary that the Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company to install buried calbe along a one thousand five hundred sixty foot (1,560) public right-,of--way, said road being Maim, Street in Tapine, Oregon. Said road must be marked with signs to indicate where the line is buried. Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company is responsible for any damages to the roadway. Deschutes County specifically reserves the right to remove the s4i.d cable if at any time it becomes a menace or a hazard to maintain the road, or to the traffic thereupon.
