This matter coming on for Hearing, this having been the time
heretofore set for Final Hearing on a petition for annexation of
property to Choctaw Village Sanitary District, and it appearing
that said petition for annexation has heretofore been approved
by the Board of Directors of the Choctaw Village Sanitary District,
that notice of Hearing on said annexation has been given as by law
required, and that no persons have appeared at said Hearing to op-
pose or object to said annexation, and the Board being advised in
the premises does hereby approve said annexation.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following described
area be and it is hereby annexed to Choctaw Village Sanitary Dist-
rict, Deschutes County, Oregon:
TRACT "A": That portion of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4 SW 1/4) of Section Twenty-two (22)
Township Seventeen (17) South, Range Twelve (12) East of
the Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon lying
on the Southerly side of the Butler Market Road; except
therefrom a tract of land described as follows: Commencing
at the South Quarter corner of said Section 22; thence
North 0°01'17" West along the East line of the Southwest
Quarter of said Section 22, 1,226.05 feet to the southerly
right-of-way line of Butler Market Road; thence South 79°
57'55" West along said southerly right-of-way line 10.2
feet to the point of beginning for this description; thence
South 0029129" East a distance of 329.53 feet; thence South
79057155" West a distance of 270.75 feet; thence North 00
01117" West a distance of 330.00 feet to said southerly
right-of-way line; thence North 79157155" East along said
southerly right-of.-way line 268.00 feet to the point of
beginning.

TRACT "C": Township 17 South, Range 12 East of the
Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, in Section
28, a portion of the Northeast Quarter beginning at the
Northwest corner of that certain property described in
that certain deed from Clarence E. Wilson and Bonnie Mae
Wilson, husband and wife, to John H. McAlpine and recorded
in Vol. 135 Deeds, page 21, Deschutes County Records; thence
South parallel to the east line of Section 28 for a distance
of 400.00 feet; thence West at a right angle 400.00 feet;
thence North parallel to the East line of Section 28 for a
distance of 400.00 feet to the North line of the Northeast
Quarter; thence East along the North line of the Northeast
Quarter 400.00 feet to the point of beginning.
