25-547-Order Recorded 8/17/1977VCL 25 east 547 IN ThE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES In the matter of the completed street ) improvement of DEER TRAIL ROAD, Local ) 0 R D E R Improvement District #11 situated in ) Deschutes County, Oregon ) WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners has constructed a street improvement upon the duly submitted petition of abutting property owners for a Local Improvement District, and WHEREAS, this improvement has been completed and the County Engineer has ascertained the amount of the assessment proposed against each parcel of land abutting on the improvement and has reported the same to the Board of County Commissioners, and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners by Order has set the time and place of the hearing of objections to the assessments as fixed in the report of the Engineer, and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has mailed to the owner of each parcel of land proposed to be assessed a written notice of the time and place for the hearing of objections and of the amount of the proposed assessment against his land, and WHEREAS, this public hearing was held August 17, 1977, and after hearing testimony, the Board of Commissioners did approve the aforementioned report of the County Engineer; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners herewith and hereby certify the following list and description of the ownership stating the amount of the assessment against each individual parcel of land. WHEREAS, Deschutes County has constructed a street improve- ment No. 11 upon the duly submitted petition of abutting property owners tailing for a Local Improvement District. This improvement having been completea and the County Engineer having ascertained the amount of the assessment proposed against each parcel of land abutting on the improvement, and has reported this to the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners, and WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners has certified the list and description of the ownership stating the amount of the assessment against each individual parcel of land in accordance with the Engineer's report. This report having been filed in the lien docket of Deschutes County and being a lien on the property abutting said improvement. NOW THEREFORE IT IS DECLARED that the following property owners are hereby given notice that they have twenty (20) days from the first day of the posting of this notice, said deadline being September 7, 1977 to pay the assessment in full or make application for a 10-year payment plan at the Department of Public Works, 1507 NE 1st, Bend, Oregon.
