This matter coming before the Court upon the petition of Dan Heierman.,
asking permission to install a pipeline across the Wells County Road right of
way, the Court having made investigation and being advised finds as follows:
That it is necessary that Dan Heierman be, and he is hereby authorized
to install a four inch (411) pipeline within s 3;arget!:pups=,act!dss`.the .1 bldg County
Road right of way, said pipeli" running from the south to the north parallel
to the section line between Sections 20 and 21, Township 15 South, Range 13 E. W. M.
and lying sixteen feet (161) west of the section line.
Deschutes County specifically reserves the right to remove the said pipe
if at any time it beco s a menace or a hazard to maintain the road, or to the
traffic thereupon
