Teleohone Lines of the Juniper Tele-ohone
Company and the Lower Bridge-Telephone a R D E R
Company-In the Nort-barest Redmond District
in Deschutes County, Oregon
The duly qualified representatives of the Juniper Telephone
Company, and the Lower Bridge Telephone Company, and Virgil H.
Langtry, their attorney, having appeared and shown to the Court
by Petition and in person that the petitioners have heretofore con-
structed and onersted telephone lines iunon the west side of the
Northwest Redmond Market Road,; for that one mile on said market rood
between Sections 8 and 9, in Township 15 South, Range lz, F, and
that thereafter the Pacific Power & Light Company constructed po,°rer
lines over said teleohone lines which have interferred with their use,
and th^t: therefore it becomes necessary to settle the location of said
lines to the best interests of all of the said companies, and that the
petitioners have come to an, agreement with the Pacific Po-er Rt Light
Company, which agreement is set ui in the Petition herin, and h--4,vi g,
in accordance with said agreement petitioned said Court that it authorize
them to remove said telephone lines to the Fast side of said road for
the said. distance of one mile above described on which all of said lines

!VOW, THEREFOiiE, IT 18 E'.E LEBY J"DEHEL that the petitioners
be authorized to remove their telephone lines to the east side of
the Northwest Redmond market road in Deschutes County, Oregon for the
distance of one mile, being the one mile where s.pid road runs doyen the
section line dividing Sections 8 and 9 in Township 15 South., Range IF
Fwm, and that same distance 'which the Pacific Power & Light Company's lines

and the tlephone lines of the petitioners are constructed on
the west side of said road.
IT I5 FURTHER ORDERED that said line so removed shall be
reconstructed so that no poles shall be set more than three feet
Nest of the east property line along said road, as described, and so
that said poles do not interfer with the use of the road by the
County or the traveling public. _
Order granted at regular meeting of the County Court, held at the
Court House in Bend, Oregon, January 19th, 1938.
