3-454-Order Recorded 3/1/1939IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE 07 OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION TO VACATE PORTIONS OF A CERTAIN ORDER STREET IN HILLMAN, NOW KNOWN AS TEREEBONNE, OREGON This matter came on for hearing on the lot day of March, 1939, being the first day of the March term of the County Court, upon the petition of School District No. 59 Deschutes County, Oregon, praying for the lacation of Street eight between B and C with block 70 on West side and Block 75 on East side running North and South It appeaptt" from an examination of the records and files herein that a petition was duly filed in the office of the County Clerk of Deschutes County, Oregon, on the. 14 t, day of Xat &Tyir, 19391, which petition was signed by School District No. 59 praying for the 8acation of said described alley and street, and It further appearing from the affidavit of Maude Knorr that a notice Was given and duly posted in three public places in the vicinity of said proposed vacation, to-wit: One at Post Office one at Inks Service Statioh one at Club Hall Door that said notice was posted on the 14th day of January, 1939, and notified all persons interested thateaid petition would be presented to the County Court on the regular meeting held in March, 19399 at the County Court House in Bend, Oregon, for hearing any objections that should be made thereto, and It further appearing to the court from an examination of said proceedings that they were and are in all things regular and in conformity with the law of the State of Oregon, and It further appearing that School District No, 5, Deschutes County, Oregon , is the owner of all of the abutting property on that portion of said Street eight sought to be vacated and that said petition was duly and regularly signed by said School District No. 59 Deschutes County, Oregon, and No person or persons having appeared at this time or heretofore objecting to the vacation of said alley and street andhereinatieve described, and more than 30 days having elapsed since the filing of said petition and giving of notice thereof as shown by the records and files herein, Thereforef it is hereby ORUMD and ADJUDGED that, All that portion of Street eight between B and C with block 70 on west side and Block 75 on Fast side running North and South be and the same is hereby vacated.
