IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION
OF W. C. HOLLINSHEAD for A PERMIT 0 R D N R
TO HAUL LOGS OY.ER CERTAIN COUNTY
ROADS.
On this day comes W.C. Hollinshead and applies to this Court under the
provisions of Chapter 3609 General Laws of Oregon, 19319 as amended by Chapter
446, General Laws of Oregon, 1935, for a permit to haul logs over and upon the
following roads in Deschutes County, Oregon:
Pringle ]falls Road and over Ball River road from Fall
River to Highway
It appearing to the Court that the interest of the public will be served by
the proposed operations,
It is therefore, hereby ORDBRRD that the application of W.C. Hollinshead
for a permit to haul logs over and upon the above described roads, be and the same
is hereby granted. r
It is further OHDMD by the Court that the operations of the Applicant be
subject to all of the restrictions and regulations of the State Highway Commission
or of the Public Utilities Commissioners.
L It is further ORDMD that for an violations of Chapter "61, Chapter Laws
of the State of Oregon, 1935, Sessions, that this permit may be cancelled and that
another pewit will not be issued without the applicant furhihhing a bond, the
amount of which to be set by,the Courts.
