Whereupon the following proceedings were had, to-wit:
In the matter of the proposed

heard, and it now appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the records and files herein;
1. That on 19._29t??---------------------- 1938..., this Court did, by its resolution duly and regularly
adopted, declare its intention to establish a County Road as in said resolution and this order hereinafter described.
2. That due notice of this proceeding has been given as by law required for more than thirty days preceeding
the day named in said resolution and notice for a hearing thereon.
3. That on JuA-Q..3Q----------------------------------- 1910..., said day being the day named in said resolution
and notice for a hearing on said matter, a Board of Viewers were appointed herein, which said Board then duly
qualified as required by law.
4. That said Board met at the time and place designated in the order of appointment and proceeded to view
said proposed road, and did on J1 23..__._..___..__.___..._., 193$.., file its report as required by said order.
5. That on August _...5rd.................. 193$__, and 4EUS.t. 10--------------- 1938...,
said days being two different days of the next regular term of this Court and more than ten days after the filing of
the report of the viewers appointed herein, said report was publicly read by the Court as required by law.
6. That this day is the day following the day upon which said report was read for the second time and the
day upon which this Court is required by law to enter a final order herein.
7. That the report of the viewers is favorable; that there are no claims for damages unadjusted; that no valid
objection has been made or filed against the establishing of said road, and the Court being satisfied that such road
is a public necessity as stated in said resolution, it is therefore
Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court, that a County Road be and the same is hereby established in
Deschutes County, Oregon, .....6Q feet in width as follows, to-wit:
Beginning; at a point on The Dalles-California RighTmy, revised location
tberaof- as completed and opened for traffic in 1937, said point being
approximately 400 feet north of the south line of Section 16, T. 15 S•s
R. 13 E., W.M., thence in an easterly direction for approximately
two miles to a terminaticn in the Ochoco State laghway at a point approx-
imately 1100 feet east of the north-west corner of Section 23, T. 15
S., R. 13 E., W.M.
Further Ordered that such road be and the same is hereby designated as the$8C~}31oI1cI•2'pOrE„COL;oad.
Further Ordered, that the County Surveyor be and he hereby is directed to survey and monument said road
along the alignment established by this order, and to prepare and file final records thereof in the manner required
by law.
Further ordered that when the report of the surveyor has been filed herein as require by law and this order,
that this proceeding be recorded at full length in the Road Record o is County.
