An order having been entered on January 7, 1977, for a public
hearing for the formation of a Sanitation District, and due public notice
having been given, and hearing having been held on the 19th day of January,
1977 at 10:00 a.m., and the Commission being fully advised, it is hereby
ORDERED that a Sanitation District be formed, to be known as Spring
River Land Sanitary District, lying within the following boundaries in
Deschutes County, to-wit:
See attached exhibit "A"
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the following persons be appointed as
Directors on the initial Board of Directors of Spring River Land Sanitary
District for the terms as shown:
William H. Hastings term to expire February 1, 1980.
W. D. McDonald term to expire February 1, 1979.
Don 0. Bandley term to expire February 1, 1978.

A portion of Spring River Acres, Unit 5 Located in the South )i of Section 1 and
the Northeast one-quarter Northwest one-quarter (NEh NW4) of Section
12, Township 20 South, Range 10 East, W.M.; Deschutes County, Oregon; said
