23-896-Order Recorded 1/19/1977IN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS VOL 23 FAGE 896 OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES In the matter of the completed street ) improvement of the portion of Shoshone ) Road North of Baker Road within Local ) 0 R D E R Improvement District 1110 situated in ) Deschutes County, Oregon ) WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners has constructed a street improvement upon the duly submitted petition of abutting property owners for a Local Improvement District, and WHEREAS, this improvement has bPPn completed and the County Engineer has ascertained the amount of the assessment proposed against each parcel of land abutting on the improvement and has reported the same to the Board of County Commissioners, and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners by Order has set the time and place of the hearing of objections to the assessments as fixed in the report of the Engineer, and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has mailed to the owner of each parcel of land proposed to be assessed a written notice of the time and place for the hearing of objections and of the amounts of the proposed assessments against his land, and WHEREAS, this public hearing was held January 19, 1977, and after hearing testimony, the Board of Commissioners did approve the aforementioned report of the County Engineer.: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners herewith and hereby certify the following list and description of the ownership stating the amount of the assessment against each individual parcel of land.
