FORMATION OF SISTERS RURAL ) ORDER FOR HOLDING
SPECIAL ELECTION
FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT )
This matter having come before the Board of County Com-
missioners on a hearing before this Board on September 2, 1970
upon a petition of more than 25% of the owners of property within
the District described in said petition filed with the Board of
County Commissioners to form a Rural Fire Protection District
upon an election, and the Board having given notice of the elec-
tion by causing a copy of the order for the holding thereof, to-
gether with the date of and the place or places for holding said
election as provided in ORS 478.041 (5), and the Board at said
hearing having considered objections, if any, to the petition
and the formation of said Fire Protection District, and the
Board being of the opinion that said petition should be granted,
and that a special election be held upon the formation of the
proposed District, and the boundaries of said 13roposed District
are:
Beginning at the corner or Sections 29-30-31-32

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said petition
be granted and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a spacial election be held
within the area of said proposed District an Monday, October 5,
1970 and that the polls shall be open between 2:00 p.m. and
8:00 p.m. on said dates.
