NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING
ON FORMATION OF
SPECIAL, ROAD DISTRICT
WHEREAS, a Petition for the formation of a Special Road
District was filed with the Board of Commissioners for Deschutes
County on March 28, 1973, and
WHEREAS, on May 10, 1973, a hearing was held on the question
of such formation, and notice was given by publication and posting,
as required by law,
WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Board of Commissioners
for Deschutes County approves -the petition for formation, as pre-
sented, of Tall Pines Special Road District:, having the following
boundaries, to -wit:
