A Resolution Transferring Appropriations
Within Various Funds of the 2004-2005
Extension/4-H County Service District Budget
And Directing Entries
* RESOLUTION NO. 2004-108
WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer appropriations within the Extension/4-H County Service
District Budget;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE EXTENSION/4-H
COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows:
Section I. That the following transfers of appropriations be made:
FROM: 720-7400-501.97-01 Extension/4-H County Service District
Fund, Contingency $ 500
TO: 720-7400-461.94-60 Extension/4-H County Service District
Fund, Office Machines & Equipment $ 500
Section 2. That the Finance Director make the appropriate entries in the Extension/4-H County
Service District Budget document to show the above appropriations.

I would like to request a Transfer of Appropriation from:
720-7400-501.97-01 Contingency for $500 to:
720-7400-461.94-60 Capital Outlay
We originally budgeted $1600 for a mid -priced color laser printer. Because of the volume of printing we do, it was
recommended that we should purchase a printer designed for large volumes of printing.
