correct the Scrivener's error in Parcel 1 of
Exhibit "A" and to include the "Exhibit A
Sketch" for Parcels 1 and 2.

THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as
follows:
Parcel I of Exhibit "A" of Order No. 2002-105 is amended to read as follows:
PARCEL 1: The easterly 30.00 feet of Cook Avenue lying south of the south right-of-way line of 8ch Street
and north of the prolongation of the north line of Lot 4, Block 33 in the 1904 plat of Laidlaw in Section 31,
Township 16 South, Range 12 East of the Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon. Parcels I and 2
of this vacation are shown on the attached map titled "Exhibit A Sketch" which is hereby incorporated by
reference.
