BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON
A Resolution Declaring an Exemption from
Competitive Bidding Requirements for Drive 2 Survive, RESOLUTION NO. 2004-115
LLC.
WHEREAS, Deschutes County has a special affiliation with Drive 2 Survive, LLC, and
through this association has developed a unique working relationship that provides a superior product;
and there are no other known providers located within Deschutes County; and
WHEREAS, Deschutes County Code 4.06.170 requires a specific resolution to exempt a
contract from a competitive basis; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. The services contract for Drive 2 Survive, LLC, shall be exempt from requiring
bids.
