Wolfe, ENP Sent: Monday, January 24, 2005 11:21 AM To: Marty Wynne; Teri Maerki Cc: Laverne Esselstyn Subject: Laverne Esselstyn Marty, Due to an extensive project that Laverne Esselstyn is working on for the 9-1-1- Users, we have determined that she needs to increase her time from 80% to 100 percent. I understand that since this is a change in status, rather than extra hours, I need to make a formal request to have a resolution prepared for the Commissioners. I do have extra salary savings to compensate if that is another viable option. If not, then please prepare a resolution to make this effective. This will allow her to be compensated for her insurance, PERS, and other applicable benefits. Please let me know if there is something else you need from me to make this change. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
