Luke. Also present were Mike Maier, County Administrator; Anna Johnson, Commissioners' Office; and Tom Anderson, Catherine Morrow, Kevin Harrison of the Community Development Department. No representatives of the media were present. The meeting began at 9:30 a.m. A copy ofthe agenda is attachedfor reference. Tom Anderson went over the 2004 customer statistics that are obtained via customer service questionnaires. (A copy ofa breakdown of the statistics is attached) Other items discussed were the Redmond Urban Reserve Planning area, which includes a County -owned site totaling 1,800 acres; and the La Pine New Neighborhood and County -owned land adjacent to the Senior Center site. Other topics addressed were statistics for the previous month and financial issues for the Department.
