DESCHUTES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
TUESDAY, JANUARY 25, 2005
Commissioners' Conference Room - Administration Building - 1300 NW Wall St.., Bend
Present were Commissioners Michael M Daly, Tom De Wo�fand Dennis R. Luke.
Also present were Mike Maier, County Administrator; and Mark Pilliod, Legal
Counsel. No representatives of the media or other citizens were present.
There was noformal agendafor this meeting, which began at 2:30p.m.
Discussion of Legal Counsel's Goals and Other Items for Fiscal Year 2005-06.
Much of the meeting time was dedicated to an overview of the Department's goals
for FY 2005-06.
Other items generally discussed were:
• deliverables from Legal Counsel;
• the workload of the Department; and
• the possibility of adding staff to handle some of the increasing workload.
No action was taken by the Board at this meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 2:50 p.m.
