Warner. * ORDER NO. 2005-015 * WHEREAS, Certain real property known as Tax Lot 171220-AC-00700, was acquired by Deschutes County through Bargain and Sale Deed, Deschutes County Records, Volume 225 Page 989, and WHEREAS, the property in not needed for public use, and WHEREAS, the property has been found to be unsuited for the construction or placement of a dwelling thereon under current City Zoning Ordinances and Building Codes due to the property having a width of approximately 30 feet and Section 10 of the City of Bend Zoning Ordinance requires a minimum lot width of 60 feet, and WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to sell small parcels to adjoining property owners pursuant to ORS 275.225 and 271.310, and; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, HEREBY ORDERS as follows: Section 1. That the real property described in Exhibit "A" to this Order, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is not needed for public use and it is in the public interest to sell the real property to Kathryn M. Upon consideration of said written comments, the Board may act to sell the real property as described to Kathryn M. Warner, by way of bargain and sale deed.
