Marty and Teri
Below is the BOCC approval of this new position. We will be funding it: for the remainder of FY04-05 through the current
line item for Assessment Tech 1100 1 -0200-419.17-22. We'll have enough of a positive balance in Personnel Services
from vacancies to cover this additional expenditure.
The 1/2 GIS Analyst 1/2 time Assessment Tech II will be Gregg Rossi.
Please let me know if I need to provide or do anything else, and thank you for your assistances,
Scot
Hi Scot,
I contacted Personnel to get the paperwork on this position and discovered that a resolution has not been completed yet.
The Board gave verbal approval for the new position in the minutes attached to the recruitment questionnaire, but a
resolution legally adopting the change should happen before the position is posted. The resolution is what alerts me to
new or changed positions for the position control reports and budget. To start the resolution process, send Marty an email
with the account numbers and amounts to increase/decrease and Finance will get that done for you.
Meanwhile I will go ahead and add a 1.00 FTE for an Assessment Tech -11 to the budget. Which employee is in the 1/2
time GIS Analyst position that shifted from an assessment tech? I want to make sure that looks correct on the budget.
Thanks!
Teri
