BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON
A Resolution Declaring Certain Personal
Property Surplus and Directing RESOLUTION NO. 2005-052
Disposition.
WHEREAS, certain personal property described as a 1988 Frame Mounted Weed Sprayer
owned by the County Road Department, is no longer needed by Deschutes County; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds it to be in the public interest to transfer
the equipment herein described to the City of Redmond, a municipal corporation serving the residents
of Deschutes County; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redmond will pay the County the fair market value of the property;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the equipment described as a 1988 Frame Mounted Weed Sprayer, VIN #
2FDLF47G7JCB43149, is hereby declared to be surplus property of Deschutes County.
Section 2. That the equipment declared surplus herein be SOLD to the City of Redmond.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption and signing by the
Board of County Commissioners.
