MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
DESCHUTES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MONDAY, MARCH 14, 2005
Commissioners' Conference Room - Administration Building - 1300 NW Wall St.., Bend
Present were Commissioners Michael M. Daly and Tom DeWolf; Commissioner Dennis
R. Luke was out of the office. Also present were Mike Maier, County Administrator;
Tom Anderson, Community Development; Laurie Craghead, Legal Counsel; and, for a
portion of the meeting, Catherine Morrow and Kevin Harrison of Community
Development. No representatives of the media or other citizens were present.
The meeting followed an executive session that had been called under ORS 192.660(1)
(b), a personnel issue and ORS 192.660(1)(h), threatened or pending litigation. Chair
De Wolf opened the meeting at 3: 40 p.m..
DALY: Move authorization of the appointment of Catherine Morrow to the
position of Planning Director, and the transfer of funding as appropriate.
DEWOLF: Second.
VOTE: DALY: Yes.
DEWOLF: Chair votes yes.
Being no further discussion, the meeting adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
