Daly, Tom De Wolf and Dennis R. Luke. Also present were Mike Maier, County Administrator; and Tom Anderson, Community Development Department. No representatives of the media or other citizens were present. The meeting began at 3: 00 p. m. See the attached agenda for a list of the items discussed. Backup documentation is also attached. The Board approved recommendations made by Tom Anderson regarding Community Development staffing changes as follows: Catherine Morrow is to appointed as Planning Director, and a new position of Senior Associate Planner will be developed.
