RESOLUTION NO. 2005-082 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE REDMOND LIBRARY COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows: Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Redmond Library County Service District, hereby imposes the taxes provided in the Redmond Library County Service District Budget for the fiscal year 2005-2006 in the aggregate amount of $187,032 and that these taxes are hereby levied on all taxable property within said district shown on the Assessment Roll as of 1 a.m. July 1, 2005. The following allocation and categorization subject to the limits of Section 11 b, Article XI, of the Oregon Constitution constitute the above aggregate levy: Levy for Bonded Indebtedness Subject to General Excluded from Govt Limitation Limitation $187,032 Section 2.
