An Order Designating a News-
paper For the Publication of
the 2005-2006 Deschutes County
Foreclosure List.
ORDER NO. 2005-067
WHEREAS, now on this&th day of July, 2005, there comes on for consideration by
the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners, duly convened for the transaction of County
business, the matter of the designation of a newspaper for the publication of the Deschutes
County 2005-2006 Foreclosure List, prepared by the Deschutes County Tax Collector, as notice
of the initiation of the proceeding by Deschutes County, for the foreclosure of liens of
delinquent taxes against the several properties therein described; and
WHEREAS, it appearing to the Board that the "Bulletin", published in Deschutes
County, Oregon, is a newspaper of general circulation in said County, and in all respects
qualified to publish said Foreclosure List; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the "Bulletin" be, and the same hereby is, designated as the newspaper
in which said Deschutes County 2005-2006 Foreclosure List shall be published.
Section 2. That there shall be one (1) publication of said 2005-2006 Foreclosure List in
said newspaper.
