DESCHUTES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
TUESDAY, JULY 129 2005
Commissioners' Conference Room - Administration Building - 1300 NW Wall St.., Bend
Present were Commissioners Tom De Wolf, Michael M. Daly and Dennis R. Luke.
Also present were Mike Maier, County Administrator; and Tom Anderson, Laurie
Furlong and Catherine Morrow, Community Development Department. No
representatives of the media or other citizens were present.
The meeting began at 2: 30 p. m.
See the attached agenda for a list of the items discussed. Backup documentation is
also attached.
The Board asked that the request for a fee waiver be added to the July 13 Board
meeting agenda.
It was learned that the Department of Environmental Quality permit for Knott
Landfill has been granted, and a public hearing needs to be set regarding the permit
for August 22, at the Board's regular work session.
Commissioner Daly asked Community Development to do a preliminary review of
a possible code enforcement action, including input from the Sheriff's Office.
No formal action was taken by the Board.
Being no further items addressed, the meeting adjourned at 3:15 p.m.
