MONDAY, AUGUST 8, 2005
Commissioners' Conference Room - Administration Building - 1300 NW Wall St.., Bend
Present were Commissioners Tom De Wolf, Michael M. Daly and Dennis R. Luke.
Also present were Mike Maier, County Administrator; and Tom Anderson, Paul
Blikstad, Catherine Morrow and Kevin Harrison, Community Development
Department. No representatives of the media or other citizens were present.
The meeting began at 3: 30 p. m.
See the attached agenda for a list of the items discussed. Backup documentation is
also attached.
A discussion took place regarding time limits for the 4-R land use hearing.
The Board will be meeting with the Planning Commission regarding possible
remapping of destination resorts.
Deschutes River Woods code enforcement issues brought up by Frank Pennock
will be revisited in about six weeks.
The Commissioners did not approve the fee waiver request for the Richmonds.
They authorized a partial fee waiver request for the Huffs, as recommended by the
Director of CDD. They also authorized the Director of CDD to handle the Etter
fee waiver request as he deems appropriate.
Being no further items addressed, the meeting adjourned at 3:15 p.m.
