Daly and Dennis R. Luke. Also present were Mike Maier, County Administrator; Laurie Craghead, Legal Counsel; and Tom Anderson, Paul Blikstad, Catherine Morrow, Anthony Raguine and Terri Payne, Community Development Department. No representatives of the media or other citizens were present. The meeting began at 8:30 a.m. See the attached agenda for a list of the items discussed. No formal action was taken by the Board.
