Fund 640 )propriation Transfe Marty - We need to order a new computer for our new attorney, Chris Bell which will cost $1,939.52. Since this is a capital outlay and since the 2005-2006 budget for Legal Department does not include a sufficient budgeted amount under Capital Outlay to cover this expenditure, we need to do an appropriation transfer per the attached worksheet. Thank you. Please let me know if you have any questions or if anything further is required. Mark P. Jeanine was kind enough to do it for me, and it is attached. But, it needs to be submitted to them from you. So, could you please erase this paragraph, and forward this to Marty Wynne with a copy to Judi Haase with a note from you that just says: Please transfer appropriation in Fund 640 as per the attached file.
