The purpose shall be for the formation of a sanitary district within the boundaries of land within Deschutes County as follows: That portion of Section 21 and 28, Township 17 South, Range 12 East Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, more particularly described as follows: SECTIO14 21: That portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Seventeen (17) South, Range Twelve (12), East of the Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, lying Southerly from the South right of way boundary of the North Unit Canal and Westerly from a line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South boundary of said Section 21, Township 17 South, Range 12, E.W.M., said point being located North 89°40'45" West a distance of 415.97 feet from the Southeast corner of the aforesaid Section 21; thence North 08006'00" West a distance of 140.24 feet; thence North 26°36'00" West a distance of 97.67 feet; thence North 12°35'00" West a distance of 50.17 feet; thence North 34045'00" West a distance of 95.83 feet; thence North 18°32'00" West a distance of 53.80 feet; thence North 37°43100" West a distance-of 50.82 feet; thence North 02052100" West a distance of 78.30 feet; thence North 27037'00" West a distance of 120.10 feet; thence North 21040'00" West a distance of 98.93 feet; thence North 26°00'00" West a distance of 37.80 feet, more or less, to the Southerly boundary of the North Unit Main Canal. SECTION 28: That portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying North and West of Butler Market Road; EXCEPT; A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Northwesterly right of way line of Butler Market Road v- v hoctaw Village Sanitary istrict Page Two VOL 24 PAcc 497 and the North line of Section 27, Township 17 South, Range 12 East of the Willamette Meridian; thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly right of way line of said Butler Market Road right of way line a distance of 1,058 feet to a point; thence Northerly and parallel to the West line of said Section 27, 302 feet more or leso; thence Westerly and parallel to the North line of Section 28, 400.00 feet; thence Northerly and parallel to the East line of Section 28, 400.00 feet to the North line of said Section 28 and Section 27; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Section 28 and Section 27, 1,127 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
