RESOLUTION NO. 2006-090 WHEREAS, various departments of Deschutes County charge fees and charges for services and permits; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt and amend the fee schedules of the County annually each July 1 in accordance with Chapter 4.12 of the Deschutes County Code, as amended; and WHEREAS, various Deschutes County departments have proposed fees and charges for services and permits; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on June 26, 2006, on the proposed fees and charges for services and permits and finds that the fees and charges for services and permits as set forth in Exhibit "A" reflect the actual cost of providing services and permits; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That the fees and charges for services and permits set forth in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated herein, are hereby adopted as the fees and charges of Deschutes County, Oregon. Section 2. The fees and charges for services and permits adopted in Section 1 of this Resolution are effective July 1, 2006. Section 3.
