We will bundle the .2 increase with a current .1 FTE vacancy and a .05 FTE Transfer from another staff person... allowing us to recruit .35 FTE dedicated to the School Based Health Center in La Pine. We have budgeted to potentially benefit the .35 position as we are considering the option of combining this FTE with another nurse practitioner vacancy (Juvenile Justice - contract via Health Department) in order to try and successfully recruit for both positions by combining them into one. Nurse practitioners have become the single most difficult position for us to recruit for. Dan 1
