COMMISSIONERS MEETING WAS HELD APRIL 13, 2006 IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS.

Mayor Unger called the meeting to order at 7:00 a.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Unger convened the Council into Executive Session at 7:00 a.m. in accordance with ORS
192.660(1)(e) authorizes executive sessions "to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the
governing body to negotiate real property transactions."
Mayor Unger closed the Executive Session portion of the meeting at 7:40 a.m.
The regular portion of the meeting was called to order at 7:40 a.m.
MOTIONS AS A RESULT OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilor Nelson moved, seconded by Councilor Nygren, to recommend that the County not
entertain offers on the east side property until such time as the City of Redmond has done a
Master Plan on that property; that Master Plan should be completed prior to January 2008, motion
passed. (Endicott-yes, Lynch-absent, Mansfield-yes, Nelson-yes, Nygren-yes, Patrick-yes, Unger-
yes)
Commissioner Clarno moved, seconded by Commissioner Daly, that the County reject the
informal offer and advise the party that the Council will not entertain any offers on the east side
property until the Master Plan is completed, motion passed. (Clarno-yes, Daly-yes, Luke-yes)
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 a.m.
