BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON
An Order Authorizing the Community
Development Department Director to sign * ORDER NO. 2006-141
documents relating to Crescent Creek, Phase II of
the Newberry Neighborhood in La Pine, Oregon.
WHEREAS, Deschutes County ("County") entered into Contract No.2003-239 for the purchase of
Quadrant 2c in the Newberry Neighborhood, whereby the purchase price and off site improvement payments are
to be made to the County on a per lot basis and Pahlisch Homes, Inc. and Elk Horn Development, LLC issued
trust deeds and promissory notes related to that agreement, and
WHEREAS, beneficiary statements and requests for reconveyance are needed to be signed for each lot
in Quadrant 2C of the Newberry Neighborhood, and
WHEREAS, such documents have already been signed for Phase I by the Community Development
Department Director, as authorized by the Board of County Commissioners ("Board"), but are needing to be
signed for Phase II; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, HEREBY
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. The Board authorizes the Community Development Director to sign the beneficiary
statements and the requests for reconveyance on the Board's behalf for lots 50 through 98 of Crescent Creek,
Phase II of the Newberry Neighborhood.
