The form is located on Finance's intranet site under the Related Documents on the left hand side. The amount is closer to $19,500 and the line items to fill out on the form should be the as shown on the attached excel file. If you have any other questions, please let me know. In order to handle the huge influx of Measure 37 matters recently, the Legal Department is re -hiring Larry Shaw on a temporary part-time basis. There is currently no money in the line item from which Larry has been previously paid. Therefore, Mark is asking whether there is other money available to fund Larry's position. The amount would be approximately $18,000: 15 hours per week at $40 per hour = $600/week December 11, 2006 to June 30, 2007 = 29 weeks = $17,400 The Legal Department line item is: 640-2700-415-12.89 Larry is scheduled to start almost immediately, so please let us know as soon as possible the options that might be available.
