That the following transfers of appropriations be made: FROM: 275-2200-444. 94-41 Deschutes County Mental Health Fund, Computer Hardware $10,000 TO: 275-2200-444. 31-10 Deschutes County Mental Health Fund, Management Consulting $10,000 Section 2. We had originally moved funds from M&S to Capital Outlay to pay for what we thought was going to be true capital outlay for Mental Health, as it turns out we are not buying the capital assets and an agency outside of the County is. So our disbursements will be directly to this outside agency and not for capital outlay. Therefore we would like to request to move the budget funds of $10,000 back to M&S from Capital Outlay, which is the identical amount originally moved.
