BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON
An Order Establishing certain dedicated
public road rights-of-ways (Foss Drive, 17th
Lane, Angus Court, Angus Lane, 18th Court,
12th Lane, 13th Street, 15th Street, Central
Avenue, Skyline Ranch Road, Badlands
Ranch Road, NW Coyner Avenue, Sabrina
Lane, Mustang Drive, Nelson Road and
Nelson Place) as County Roads.
* ORDER NO. 2007-029
WHEREAS, the rights-of- ways described in Section 1 are public rights-of-ways within
unincorporated Deschutes County, Oregon; and
WHEREAS, said rights-of-ways have been constructed to County Standards; and
WHEREAS, the County Road Official has recommended that the Board of County
Commissioners accept said rights-of-ways into the County Maintained System; and
WHEREAS, the County may not expend road fund monies on said rights-of-ways unless said
rights-of-ways are accepted into the County Maintained System; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, in accordance with ORS 368.016, may by
resolution or order make any public road within its jurisdiction a County Road; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON,
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the public rights-of-ways described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein, be hereby established as County Roads.

Deschutes County, Oregon lying east of the east line of Main Street and west of the
west line of 11th Street, EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within the right
of way of the Dalles-California Highway.
10. Skyline Ranch Road:
All of Skyline Ranch Road as described in that Dedication Deed recorded in Volume
2004, Page 2655 of the Official Records of the Deschutes County Clerk,
TOGETHER WITH that portion shown on the official Plat of "Highlands at Broken
Top, Phase 3", Deschutes County, Oregon.
11. Badlands Ranch Drive:
All of Badlands Ranch Drive as shown on the official Plat of "Badlands Ranch",
Deschutes County, Oregon.
12. NW Coyner Avenue:
All that portion of Coyner Avenue as granted in the U.S. Department of the Interior,
Bureau of Land Management Right-of-Way Grant OR 51362 (graphically depicted on
Exhibit G of said Grant) and also shown on the survey titled "Plat of a Portion of
Coyner Avenue", (filed at the Deschutes County Surveyor's Office as CS00403)
Deschutes County, Oregon.
13. Sabrina Lane:
All of Sabrina Lane lying within the official Plat of "Desert Sand Arabian Ranch",
more particularly described as:
A portion of Lot 8, Block 2, Desert Sand Arabian Ranch, a subdivision of record, as
well as a portion of that certain parcel of land described in Document No. 2006-
23487 situated in the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 14 South, Range
11 East, Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, being more particularly
described as:
Beginning at a 5/8" iron rod on the south right-of-way of Fadjur Lane, also being the
northeast corner of said Lot 8, thence, leaving said right-of-way and along the
boundary of said Lot, S 00°00'04" E, a distance of 698.32 feet to a'/z" iron rod at the
southeast corner of said Lot on the south line of said Section; thence, along said
Section line S 89°46'13" W, a distance of 127.88 feet to a 5/8" iron rod; thence,
leaving said Lot boundary and said Section line, along the arc of a 66.00 foot radius
curve to the right (chord bears N 31 °23'18" E, 130.33 feet), a distance of 186.31 feet
to a 5/8" iron rod; thence N 00°00'04" W, a distance of 444.03 feet to a 5/8" iron rod;
thence N 17°12'03" W, a distance of 126.25 feet to a 5/8" iron rod on the south right-
of-way of Fadjur Lane; thence, along said right-of-way, N 76°44'00" E, a distance of
100.00 feet to the point of beginning.
