BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON
An Order Vacating that portion of
SW 63rd Street located in Redmond, ORDER NO. 2007-069
Deschutes County, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, of Deschutes County, Oregon, initiated the vacation
of a portion of SW 63rd Street by Resolution Number 2007-019 dated February 28, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners requested the County Road Official to prepare a
report relating to the vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners accepted and approved the County Road Official's
report and as required by ORS 368.346 set a public hearing on April 11, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. by Order Number
2007-068 dated February 28, 2007; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing was given in accordance with ORS 368.346(3) and 368.401 to 368.426;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held said hearing to consider matters presented
under ORS 368.346; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that it is in the public interest to vacate the
public property; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as
follows:
Section 1. That the property, described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein, is hereby vacated.

Section .2. That the property, vacated in Section 1, shall vest entirely with tax lot 1512250000503.
Section 3. That the Deschutes County Surveyor is directed to mark a copy of the plat, if any, as
provided in ORS 271.230.
Section 4. That this Order shall be recorded with the Deschutes County Clerk, and copies shall be
filed with the Deschutes County Surveyor and County Assessor.

Description of the Portion of the Road Proposed to be Vacated Pursuant to Petition
for Road Vacation Filed by William Jonathan Wren and Beccy Wren
In Deschutes County, State of Oregon:
That portion of 63rd Street in Christie Acres Subdivision consisting of a strip of land
approximately 60.00 feet in width described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 3, of Christie Acres a subdivision in
Section 25, Township 15 South, Range 12 East, of the Willamette Meridian as filed on
March 18, 1980 in the office of the Deschutes County Clerk; thence North 89°53'36"
East a distance of 60 feet more or less to a point on the west boundary of Lot 5, Block 1,
of Christie Acres Subdivision; thence South 15°29'06" East along the west boundary of
said Lot 5, Block 1, of Christie Acres Subdivision to the southwest corner of said Lot 5,
Block 1, thence South 89°52'21" West along the south boundary of Christie Acres
subdivision a distance of 62.22 feet more or less to the southeast corner of Lot 4, Block 3,
of Christie Acres Subdivision, thence North 15°29'06" West along the east boundary line
of said Lot 4, Block 3, of Christie Acres Subdivision a distance of 359.01 feet more or
