Tentative motions:
Commissioner Paulson moved that 57 acres surface mining parcel be zoned low
density residential committed to residential development. Commissioner Young
seconded the motion. Commissioner Paulson--aye. Commissioner Young--aye.
Chairman Shepard--aye. Motion carried.
Commissioner Paulson moved that an area south of 57 acrea area be zoned low
density residential. Lot 23 and 24 of Highland Addition. CommissionerrYoung
seconded the motion. Commissioner Paulson--aye. Commissioner Young--aye.
Chairman Shepard--aye. Motion carried.
Commissioner Paulson moved that low-density residential area south area of
Tumalo shall be changed to surface mining reserve. Commissioner Young seconded
the motion. Commissioner Paulson--aye. Commissioner Young--aye. Chairman
Shepard--aye. Motion carried.
Commissioner Paulson moved to place OEDP into the plan. Chairman Shepard
seconded the motion. Commissioner Paulson--aye. Chairman Shepard--aye.

Change landscape management study to be completed 1 year after plan adoption
and there will be a citizen committee to help review areas and standards.
Pre-existing status will be given to buildings with issued building permits
and to subdivisions and partitions with preliminary approval at the time of
plan adoption.
