Chairman Shepard called the meeting o.f December 3, 1979 to order at 10:30 a.m.
with all three Commissioners present.
The first item on the agenda was Dolo Cutter and the zoning of her property.
Lou Dvorak wrote the Board a memorandum concerning this matter which the Board
took time to read. Mr. Van Vactor, who represents Dolo Cutter, objected to the
memorandum that Mr. Dvorak wrote as he feels that it does not address the question
that had been asked. There was much discussion and at the end of it, Mr. Van
Vactor asked that a decision be made. Commissioner Paulson made a motion which
died for lack of a second. The motion was: That the Board allow the change in
the zoning map of the Cutter property. Commissioner Young then made a motion:
He moved that Dolo Cutter's tax lot 1100 was erroneously zoned EFU-20 and should
be and shall be zoned MUA-10. The motion died for lack of a second. Chairman
Shepard then moved: dots o-r 0
