BOARD OF COUNTY. COMMISSIONERS
APRIL 24, 1980 - SEVENTH MOUNTAIN SERVICE DISTRICT
Chairman Young called the meeting of the Seventh Mountain Service District to
order at 10:00 a.m. with all three Commissioners present.
This meeting was held for the purpose of establishing change order #4 as is
made necessary by the inability of the service district to sell its warrants.
Chairman Young explained what the change order was for; due to the fact that
the bond sales were held up, it was necessary to allow an extension of time
for the contractors with the result that the contractors wanted the interest on
the money that they had invested in the project. This change order was with
Vern Johnson Construction Company. There was some discussion.
MOTION: COMMISSIONER PAULSON moved to approve the change order.
COMMISSIONER SHEPARD: Second.
VOTE COMMISSIONER PAULSON: Aye.
COMMISSIONER SHEPARD: Aye.
CHAIRMAN YOUNG: Aye.
Chairman Young stated that First National Bank of Oregon will buy the bonds to
help the project. There were five copies for signature.
There being no further business for the Seventh. Mountain Service District, the
meeting was adjourned.
