Chairman Paulson called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Commissioner
Shepard and Commissioner Young were also present.
Amendments to Amendments to the agenda were listed on a separate
the Agenda attached sheet. Those were: (1) Appointment of Board
members for River Bend Estates Special Road District,
(2) Discussion and signature of Order for Odin Crest
LID, (3) Administrator of Ordinance 203-6 and 203-7,
(4) Appointment of Carol Morehead to the Library Board,
(5) For Signature: (a) Deed between Deschutes County
and Brooks Resources relating to Parks and Recreation
land exchange, and (b) Orders in the matter of refund of
taxes, #81-273 through #81-276.
MOTION: YOUNG moved to approve the amendments to the
agenda.
PAULSON: Second.
VOTE: PAULSON: AYE.
SHEPARD: AYE.
YOUNG: AYE.
Final Hearing: Chairman Paulson opened the public hearing. He read Order
F.R.P.D. #2 #81-237 by title only. There were no comments. Chairman
"Throop" Paulson closed the public hearing.
MOTION: YOUNG moved that Order #81-237 by approved for
the annexation.

Appointment of The Board had received a letter dated May 23, 1981 from
Board members June Sebastian of Special Road District #1 in which
to Special candidates for appointment to their Board of Directors
Road District was listed. They will be replacing two persons leaving

Frebel and Lloyd Dunn.
MOTION: SHEPARD moved to approve their recommendation.

Administrator This is to appoint the Director of Public Works as the

Commissioner Young said that he felt this action was
untimely. Also mentioned was a memo dated May 29, 1981
from Neil Hudson which explained this-further.

Signature of This was order #81-290. It says that the Board approves
Order for Odin the district minus the portion that is in Plateau Estates
