WORK SESSION HELD 7/20/81, 10:00 A.M., Commissioner's Boardroom
Those Present:
Bob Paulson, Chairman
Clay Shepard, Commissioner
Richard Isham, County Counsel
John Andersen, Planning Director
Richard Knoll, Associate Planner
Mike Kment, COBA
Betsy Shay, County Coordinator
The purpose of the Workshop Meeting was to have an update discussion
on the Phase II Sewer Boundary meeting held Thursday, July 16, 1981
at 7:30 P.M., Room A of the Courthouse Annex.
Commissioner Shepard moved that they "Move to work towards implementa-
tion of Phase II Sewer Boundary".
Chairman Paulson seconded the motion.
Chairman Paulson voted yes, as did Commissioner Shepard.
Commissioner Young voted no.
Commissioner Young moved that the Board form a Committee to study
Phase II composed of large land developers and small land developers,
County Planning Department member, County Counsel, County Public Works
Dept. member, member of COBA and a DEQ representative.
Chairman Paulson seconded the motion. Chairmen Paulson and Comm. Shepard
voted no and Commissioner Young voted yes. The motion was defeated.
Betsy Shay was instructed to gather information from the city regarding
sewer policies, etc. They elected to meet again.in one week to discuss
this information.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 11:50 A.M.
