The Board of Commissioners will appoint the district's
Board of Directors as soon as members of the district
submit three names of persons within the district willing
to serve in this capacity. There was some further general
discussion. Members of the district who were present said
that they would organize a meeting at which these persons
would be selected.
Other Staff/ Doug Maul, Facilities Coordinator, said that a question

it was the consensus of the Board that since the library
building is a county building it is also his responsibility
in the same scope as other county owned buildings.
For Signature:Craig Smith, Planning Department, brought this before the
MJP-81-7, LBK Board for signature and approval. He said that this is
Ranches near Lower Bridge and is zoned EFU-80. He said that the
Hearings Officer had approved two 40 acre parcels, one
parcel is irrigated alfalfa, the other is juniper and sage-
brush upon which a house is to be constructed. He noted
that the Planning Director was out of the office this morn-
ing and could not sign the plat, but that the plat was ready

for the Board's signature.

the partition for John Andersen with Mr. Ander-
