Other Staff/Public Commissioner maudlin stated that in reference Concerns to the fence situation between Bend Salvage and Four Seasons Mobile Home Park, he read the conditions for the fencing and along with Chairman Tuttle and Bill Gibson viewed the fence. Commissioner Maudlin stated that Mr. Glazebrook, owner of Bend Salvage, has more than exceeded the conditions as pre- viously outlined. Chairman Tuttle concurred with Commissioner Maudlin and stated that a decision will not be made at this time. CODH Requests Chairman Tuttle stated that the Central Permission to use District Hospital is planning to hold a County Roads to foot race on October 3, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. Hold a 5km Foot and requests the County's permission to use Race N. Canal Blvd. from the Hospital to N.W. Yucca. Chairman Tuttle stated that he has contacted the Sheriff's Department and they suggested the time be moved to 6:30 p.m. for more daylight.
