WHEREAS, Pine Forest Development, mFore t LLC applied or a zone change Use Zone f F 1 to Forest UsetZonele F-2; 18, Iand eschutes County
from
Zoning Map, to rezone certain property
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 30, 2007 before the Deschutes County Hearings Officer
after notice was give in accordance with applicable law; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners ("Board") conducted a public hearing on July 11,
2007 and approved the zone change necessary to change the zone; now therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDAINS
as follows:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DCC Title 18, Zoning Map, is amended to change the zone designation
for certain property described in Exhibit " hereby Uand se Zoneed on the map
Use Zone - -2.

Section 2. EMERGENCY. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its passage.
